As a family we have had many opportunities to campaign for Prop. 8. As we have done so, my personal conviction for voting Yes has strengthened greatly. In fact, I didn't know where I stood on the issue until I was volunteered to go out and take a poll in our neighborhood. I have never seen so much hatred directed towards me as I have stood up for something. Although many verbal blows and fingers have been directed towards me I still feel good and unashamed for what I am doing. Just this past week Curtis and I have been out holding "Yes On 8" signs. Curtis doesn't care what people are yelling. In fact he seems to enjoy being out there. He is a great little trooper. If you want a better understanding of what it is like protesting on the corner just click here to read this article. For those who are worried, don't. We always go out in numbers and the men are very protective of Curtis, me and where we stand. If you want to know my views on prop 8 don't hesitate to ask. I just ask that you keep the cursing to a minimum. If you want a blog with a debate on prop 8 click here. This blog isn't the place.
Election aside the fam is doing great. Between church, Jer's work, my school and bouncing a baby back and forth between our knees we are keeping busy and happy. A little freaked out(on my end) about school and scheduling from time to time but happy. I mean how can you not be happy with a kid like this around everyday.
We didn't mean to take the kids to Disneyland
